INFORMATION
In addition to legal resources and legal advice, I may also provide business information. One may obtain from the archives of the Commerce Registry of the Commercial Courts in France all kinds of information about any company and its legal standing. I may do that upon request for a small fee. This may be useful in many circumstances, when starting to do business with a partner or a client, when delivering goods and products to a new client to check about its solvency, and even in the course of a lawsuit. For instance, in a case which turned about a conspiracy between competitors to fix prices, I was able to discover conclusive evidence in the minutes of the corporate meetings filed with the Registry of Commerce by one of the parties.The business resources of the Chamber of Commerce in Paris enables me to gather and put at client's disposition plenty of information about any business or industry, to conduct a market survey and competition analysis, facts finding about possible partners or associates, distributors or others. By and large, there are plenty of means to dig for information whenever needed and one way is of course to browse the Web using the French search engines, which I can make most effectively in the French language, which is my mother-tongue. I may also make translations from French to English, see for instance my translation of the ordinance rendered by the judge in the Yahoo case in France.
