Doctorate (J.D.) from Paris University (France)
Formerly associate of a US
law firm in Paris. Thereafter self-employed Counselor-at-law
("Conseil Juridique"). Member of the Paris Bar from 1992 through
1995.
I have worked for many
multinational corporations , based in Europe or in the US, and was a President
and/or Director of several French Corporations, some subsidiaries of major U.S.
Corporations listed in the Fortune 500.
Lecturer at Paris University
(High Studies for Legal Counselors). I served as a Director and Treasurer of the
former "Association des Conseils Juridiques Docteurs et Licenciés en
Droit".
I have been an arbitrator in
various cases, one among others bearing upon many millions US dollars issues
I have developped a special
interest
and expertise
about Human Rights in Europe because of a violation of my Property Right by my
country, the
Republic of France.
After years of vain litigation before French criminal courts, I
lodged two applications with the Human Rights European Court to obtain
indemnification therefor and I am appealing now
to the United Nations Human Rights Bodies.
